Roberta Tassi graduated in Communication Design at the University Politecnico di Milano with a thesis that explores the relation between communication and service design. Since 2007 she is consultant at DARC, Domus Academy Research & Consulting: besides research activities, she deals with internal and external projects concerning visual identity, interaction and service design. She is now working on the development of the interaction model of Itsme under the direction of Claudio Moderini and Chiara Diana. She is the author of “Service Design Tools” (www.servicedesigntools.com), an open collection of tools used during design processes that deal with services or other complex systems.
